Advice from an upcoming senior studentā€¦šŸ¤

As I’m preparing my mind to enter my last semester of nursing school in an Accelerated RN nursing program i must say it was ROUGH! However, it was DOABLE! šŸ™‡šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļø

Advice i would give to anyone in semesters below me or anyone interested in nursing in general, is to give it all you got. You’re going to have days where you feel defeated, weeks where you feel defeated, maybe a whole semester may make you feel defeated, but KEEP GOING! Also, it’s okay to fail. It’s okay to fail an exam, it’s okay to fail a class; it’s okay to failllll. Cry about it but keep going. This time last year i failed a class literally by 0.2 points, not even a whole point! I cried about it, prayed about it, retook the class, PASSED the class, and now i’m entering my last semester. So it’s okay to fail I promise, long as you keep going.

Study wise? Do what’s best for you in order to help you retain the information. Personally I love practice questions, I love YouTube videos, and active recall. Find out what study techniques works best for you and stick with it.

Whatever you do though, GIVE IT ALL YOU GOT. šŸ„¹šŸ©·šŸ’‰šŸ©ŗ #nursingstudent #nursingstudenttips #blackgirllemon8 #rnschool #nursebae

Thank you for your advice. I just failed my one nursing class by a point and felt defeated and overwhelmed but didn’t give up
