Air-Fryer Cinnamon Toaster Strudel

Make your own cinnamon toaster strudels at home using 6 ingredients you likely already have - and an air fryer!

⏲️Ingredients:

For the cinnamon butter:

2tbsp unsalted butter, softened

2 tbsp light brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

3 slices of soft bread

Egg wash: 1 small egg + 1 tsp milk

For the icing:

2 tsp icing sugar

1/2 tsp milk or water

👩🏼‍🍳Instructions:

1. Cut the crusts off 3-4 slices of bread

2. Make wells in the center with your fingers, leaving space at the edges to seal

3. Make the cinnamon butter and spread it inside the wells

4. Make the egg wash and brush along the edges of the bread

5. Gently fold the bread in half (either direction works) and seal with your fingers, then sealing carefully with a fork

6. Brush egg wash on top and air fry for 5-6mins at 350°F

7. Make the icing while the cinnamon toast pies bake

Top with icing and enjoy your sweet breakfast treat! This is amazing for moms who want a quick breakfast for their kids, college students who are looking for a delicious snack, or a fun breakfast appetizer idea! 🥞
