Two Types of Exercises You Need to do on Leg Day

#1 : Lengthened position movement: This is anything that is typically also referred to as a compound lift. You want to do these first because they work multiple muscle groups and they exert a lot of energy. Some examples are romanian deadlifts, squats, and good mornings (as shown in the photo).

#2 : Unilateral movement: I typically do one-two unilateral movements per leg day, but it's good to switch these up every once in a while. These are any exercises that works one leg at a time. Make sure to focus on mind to muscle connection with these. Some examples are single-leg leg press, single-leg RDLs, and bulgarian split squats.
