4 STEPS TO GET A BIKINI BODY IN TEN DAYS
STEP ONE: Calorie deficit! This is very much a known fact, but it's so true. You're not gonna tone your body or lose weight if you're not in a deficit so try to stick to one for ten days straight. Don't go too extreme because you want it to be realistic and do-able. It also helps to figure out what your meals will be before-hand.
STEP TWO: Create a step goal and stick to it!!! 10k steps is my goal everyday, but some days it is harder than others. Try your best!
STEP THREE: Go to the gym for at least an hour 4-5 times a week. I mix in weight training and cardio sessions.
STEP FOUR: Get some vitamin C and get a tan in! This helps my confidence sooo much.
Hey everyone! We all dream of feeling amazing and confident in a black bandeau bikini top and high-cut bottoms, especially when summer rolls around. My 10-day bikini body journey was all about feeling my absolute best, and while it's a quick push, these steps are truly building blocks for a healthier lifestyle. Let me dive a little deeper into how I made these four steps work for me. Deep Dive into Calorie Deficit & Smart Eating: Step one, the calorie deficit, can sound intimidating, but it’s really about being mindful. I didn't go for anything extreme. Instead, I used a simple online calculator to estimate my maintenance calories and then aimed for a small, sustainable deficit. The key for me was meal prepping. Knowing I had healthy options ready prevented me from making impulsive, less healthy choices. I focused on nutrient-dense foods. For instance, my snacks often included chopped apples with peanut butter, and for meals, I made sure to have lean protein with plenty of veggies, like those delicious meatballs and green beans. It’s not about starving, but about smart, satisfying choices that keep you full and energized. Making Steps Count (Beyond 10k): Getting 10,000 steps daily might seem like a lot, but it’s totally doable! I found creative ways to integrate movement. Instead of just walking, I sometimes enjoyed running on a dirt path near my home, which also gave me a mental break. Taking phone calls while walking, parking further away, or even doing a few laps around my apartment during commercial breaks all added up. It's amazing how much more energetic and clear-headed I felt just by moving my body more. And remember, every step counts – don’t beat yourself up if you don’t hit 10k every single day, just try your best! Crushing It at the Gym: My gym routine was a mix of strength and cardio. For weight training, I focused on compound movements (like squats, deadlifts, presses) that work multiple muscle groups simultaneously, making the most of my time with various weight training equipment. I typically split my week: two days for upper body, two days for lower body, and then one day for a full-body circuit or extra cardio. Cardio wasn’t always running; sometimes it was a spin class or even just a brisk walk on the treadmill. The main goal was consistency and challenging myself a little more each time. Don't be afraid to try new machines or ask a trainer for tips if you're new to the gym! Confidence & embracing Your Body: This last step is probably the most important for me. Getting a tan, whether it’s a natural sun-kissed glow (always with SPF!) or a sunless option, definitely boosts my confidence when I’m relaxing by a swimming pool. But beyond that, it’s about accepting and loving your body just the way it is. The OCR also highlighted a beautiful truth: *all bodies are bikini bodies*. This journey was about feeling strong, healthy, and happy in my own skin. Hydration, good sleep, and managing stress are also crucial for overall well-being and confidence. It’s a holistic approach to feeling good from the inside out. Remember, these steps are a kickstart, but true health and confidence come from sustainable habits and self-love every single day.
