* Romaine lettuce

* Radish

After making the vegetable stock, take half of the very soft vegetables and blend them. Season with salt and pepper. It is a very healthy vegetable soup.

You can buy curry base at supermarkets,

usually in the Asian section.

Put the curry base in a pot with the remaining half of the vegetables , add a little water, and it will be done in 5-10 minutes.
