Women who lead in the WORKPLACE

During the day I spend half of it in meetings navigating an onshore team of three and an offshore team of 16. I’m a member of the executive leadership team who gets to make pivotal decisions about process management and decision making for six different businesses.

It is important that I share who is behind this account as I’ve developed and mentored so many individuals in my career as a development coach (by accident). I have a knack for this so I decided to get certified as a professional life coach where I’m continuing to pivot to my own business in coaching.

As a black corporate leader I’m always standing in my women empowerment position so that I can show others like me that if you aspire to be on the leadership track don’t dim any of your light, just walk tall and be authentically confident while getting there.
