✨GLOW your Skin Care ROUTINE✨

Picture 1:

🔘All the facial beauty products I have been using consistently to help maintain/manage my skin and prevent/heal acne breakouts

🔘I do my best to avoid chemically based brands that are consistently promoted/shoved in advertisement because in the long run it is not good for your skin or body internally

🔘Think about the products you use

Picture 2: Aztec Clay Mask

🔘This is a great mask that can be used for your skin and hair

🔘Clay works by drawing out toxins and clearing and tightening pores

🔘It is great for those who have oily skin or are dealing with shiny skin that they're trying to make more matte in appearance

🔘The 100% natural calcium bentonite clay draws out all the impurities deep in your skin

🔘You keep it on your skin anywhere between 5 to 20 minutes

Picture 3: Trentinoin and Clindamycin Phosphate Topical Gel

🔘This is dermatologist prescription brands that you can only access this from

🔘I highly recommend if you get minor/bad breakouts

🔘Dime sized amounts go a long way, you don’t want to burn/dry/irritate your skin

🔘Google the benefits of this for more clarification and ask your medically approved dermatologist for references/questions/assistance

Picture 4: Mario Bodesco Drying Lotion

🔘One of the few products I’ll use that aren’t “organic”/medically prescribed

🔘Sometimes prescription medication is expensive and this is a good alternative for those minor irritated pimples coming about

🔘Best to use at night because once you apply it on your skin it dries in a chalky pink/white consistency

🔘I use a Q-tip to apply

🔘Helps dry up surface blemishes overnight by drawing out impurities from targeted spots

Picture 5: My homemade organic honey cinnamon sugar lip scrub

🔘I use organic honey and mix it with cinnamon crystallized sugar (for scent/flavor/healing purposes)

🔘I place it in this little container (can be purchased at your local 99 cent/$1 store or amazon, etc.) and I mix it together

🔘This helps wipe away dry skin/impurities and gives a little plump for a while

🔘Always good to exfoliate your lips (great for morning and night time)

Picture 6: Beauty instrument tools I use

🔘Gua Sha Roller is great to roll on your face to help blood circulation and de-puffing of eyes/face in the morning/night

🔘This roller is also great for helping to clear up acne, reduce cellulite, and improve muscle tension

🔘Lastly, is the silicone/rubber lip scrubber. It is soft with 2 sides that have different shaped grooves for your preference/sensitivity levels and I use this with my organic honey lip scrub

The Aztec Clay Mask is not only a favorite for its ability to detoxify and tighten pores, but it's also versatile enough for hair use. For targeted acne treatment, consider dermatologist-prescribed creams like Tretinoin and Clindamycin, which help reduce breakouts effectively. Additionally, the Mario Badescu Drying Lotion can be an affordable alternative for minor blemishes, providing effective overnight results. Don't forget the importance of lip care with homemade scrubs using organic ingredients like honey and cinnamon, which hydrate and exfoliate. To complete your routine, incorporate tools like the Gua Sha Roller, which promotes circulation and reduces puffiness. Tailoring your skin care regimen to include both effective products and natural remedies will help in achieving healthy, radiant skin. Always consult with a dermatologist for personalized advice and product recommendations tailored to your skin's needs.
