Working on a brand kit that reflects a client’s vision while keeping it versatile can be incredibly rewarding. In this project for FTI Catering, integrating the freight train concept alongside a subtle yellow accent was a creative challenge that inspired a fresh design approach. Using the freight train element symbolized strength and reliability, which are essential qualities for a catering business looking to establish trust and recognition in a competitive market. From my experience, starting any brand kit with clear guidelines—even minimal ones like these—helps focus the creative process but still leaves room for originality. Building everything from scratch allowed for a tailored look that can evolve with the brand’s growth and future needs. It’s vital to create logos and identity elements that work well in multiple formats: from digital to print, each should maintain clarity and visual impact.
