Don’t force what isn’t meant to be.
Don’t force what isn’t meant to be. Let what aligns find you—even if it looks different than you expected.
Sometimes the lesson isn’t about trying harder—it’s about recognizing when something no longer fits. Not everything you lose is a mistake. Not everything that changes is a setback.
Growth will often ask you to release the version of life you thought you wanted, so you can step into something that actually matches who you’re becoming.
Trust where the shift is taking you.
Light a candle. Grab your journal and sit with this question — what are you forcing that isn’t meant for you?
In my own journey, I've experienced firsthand how holding onto plans or relationships that no longer fit can create unnecessary stress and block personal growth. For a long time, I pushed to make certain opportunities or connections work simply because I was afraid of change or uncertainty. However, as I began to pay attention to my inner alignment—how my decisions felt emotionally and energetically—I realized that not every situation is meant to last or evolve as initially hoped. Lighting a candle and journaling helped me to pause and deeply assess what I was forcing in my life. Questions like, "Where am I resisting change?" and "What am I holding onto that could be limiting better possibilities?" encouraged me to create space for new experiences that truly matched my evolving self. I noticed that when I released control and trusted the natural flow of my life, opportunities appeared that were more fulfilling and authentic. This process of surrendering to alignment also brought a sense of peace, even when the outcome was uncertain. It reminded me that losses are not always setbacks, and endings often make way for meaningful beginnings. Growth involves adapting and sometimes redefining your version of success rather than clinging to a fixed script. If you find yourself struggling to make something work, pause and ask whether it genuinely aligns with your true self and goals. Embrace the possibility that what you desire may look different—or better—than you originally imagined. By trusting where the shift is taking you and allowing space for alignment, you invite growth that resonates with who you are becoming, rather than who you once thought you had to be.
