Pour your time, and energy, into that which the recipient is pouring into you. Surround yourself with those who pour into your cup and not just take. The reciprocity energizes, and amplifies, everyone's (individually and as a collective group) energy. Being in unbalanced relationships, situations, and environments are toxic. It also sucks your life source out of your very being. The unbalanced situation may be temporarily be able to maintain at your highest frequencies, but even the best among us can not sustain it for the long haul. Understand the importance of who you are around, where you are, and what you are doing. It can be the difference of sustaining at the pinnacle of mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual health.
