Experiencing my father’s 1st job
My dad shared with me his first job when he was young.
He used to harvest rubber from rubber trees before sunrise.
Waking up while it’s still dark, walking through the muddy path with only a small torch in hand.
It wasn’t an easy job - - -the smell, the mosquitoes, the long hours.
But he never complained.
He said, “Last time, no choice. Must work hard to survive.”
Listening to his stories always remind me how much times have changed.
Today, we have opportunities he never had.
We can work smart, not just hard.
We can build something online, from anywhere, anytime.
His journey taught me one thing!
