3 apps for me in 2026
Starting 2026 on a challenging note in January has made me question whether I can still have a fulfilling year. The answer remains uncertain. However, I have three apps that have significantly helped me manage my loneliness while I search for a job.
1. The first app that I’m bringing in 2026 is WeWard. I was on the lookout for an app that not only tracks my daily steps but also rewards me for my activity. After some deliberation, I decided to give it a try, and I’m glad I did. The app incentivizes walking by allowing users to earn coins based on the number of steps taken each day. Since I started using it last year, I've been aiming for the ambitious goal of 20,000 steps, which requires a significant commitment to staying active. Additionally, I appreciate the community aspect of WeWard, as it allows me to create or join communities where members can collect rewards together and make new friendships.
2. The second app that I’m bringing in 2026 is Google Docs. I understand you may be curious about why I keep this app on my phone. The truth is, I decided to retain it for easy access both online and offline, especially since all my writing projects for platforms like Wattpad, Tapas, and Inkitt are stored in its documents. Google Docs has proven to be an invaluable productivity tool, enabling me to write more than I ever did during my college years. As long as I have unfinished works saved there, this app will remain on my phone.
3. Lastly, the third app that I’m bringing in 2026 is MyNetDiary. I've been working on improving my eating habits while also looking for an app that can help me track my caloric intake and determine how much I should eat to gain weight. Recently, I discovered an app that piqued my interest, and after using it for a week, I've started to see the results I was hoping for. Although I'm still getting accustomed to its features, I'm excited about the progress I've made so far. In the future, I plan to explore other similar apps to continue my journey.
