Did you know you can make your own coffee creamers at home with a few simple ingredients? Save money and lots of unnecessary additives.
Ingredients:
1 cup half and half
2 tbsp pumpkin puree
2-3 tbsp maple syrup, depending on how sweet you like it
1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp vanilla extract or paste
Tools needed:
Saucepan, whisk, funnel, glass container/airtight container
Let’s make it…
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan, bring to a simmer over medium heat, whisking until fully combined. Remove from the heat and let cool. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. *shake before using. It will separate and that’s totally normal since there aren’t added stabilizers. #lemon8partner
