Goldie #2
Well. we won Goldie from the fair, however he didn't make it. So here we have Goldie2 . We just went yesterday and picked out a new house and sign to add to the rank. I bought a clam bubbler. however it's half the size of the tank so the next project is getting a bigger tank
Setting up a comfortable environment for an aquarium pet is both exciting and a bit challenging. When we first won Goldie at the fair, we quickly realized how important the right tank size and accessories are to their health and happiness. After Goldie didn’t make it, getting Goldie #2 felt like a fresh start, and we wanted to do things better. One key lesson I learned is the importance of the tank size. Our clam bubbler, while a neat decoration that adds character and aeration, was only half the size of the tank. This made me realize that upgrading to a bigger tank is essential—not just for space, but for better water quality and stability. A larger tank dilutes toxins more effectively and provides ample swimming room. Choosing the right fishhouse was fun, adding a new sign to personalize the aquarium rank and provide shelter for Goldie #2. Adding such details enhances the fish’s sense of security and mimics their natural environment. If you’re considering aquarium upgrades, prioritize a larger tank over fancy ornaments initially. Regularly check water parameters and maintain the filtration system to keep your aquatic pets thriving. Watching Goldie #2 explore his new home and seeing the bubbling clam in action gives me a lot of joy, and I’m eager to continue this project with the new tank upgrade soon.
