You’re Wasting Money!
I’ve been working out for 3 years now and I have learn A LOT from many mistakes and money waste. All of these of course will depend on the person but for me personally I think they’re a waste of money.
1. Protein powders🌚:
To be honest, there are some good ones out there but I just never finish them. I don’t like the taste of most of them and the protein grams that they claim are most of the time false. I always say eating enough protein Whole Foods or drinking protein shakes (without the powder) is a better alternative than wasting 40+ on a 20+ serving.
2. Protein Bars:
protein powders are a hit or miss. Some of them have too many grams of sugar and again, protein grams tend to be wrong. If you’re a chocolate fanatic I think you might like them but personally I don’t.
3. Pre- workout + Energy Drinks:
This one is a bit iffy for me. I used to be OBSESSED with pre workout to the point that I didn’t care what time it was, I would take two scoops at 5pm, do my workout, and then be awake till 2am with jitters. (Don’t do this lol). I have not taken any type of pre workout or energy drink since July of 2023 and have been way more stronger than I was before. I started to realize that I really don’t need any extra energy if I was resting enough and I taking enough food. Plus, the effects that it gives you are not that fun to have.
4. Buying Cheap gym equipment:
Okayy yes we are saving up BUT saving up and buying a sturdy gym equipment will last you way longer than buying a cheap one. I used to own a $20 knee sleeves, which I had to buy three times in the matter of 2 years. Now I own $150 Knee sleeves that are extremely sturdy and will last me years. I say you should just save up and buy something that will be worth your money.
5. Sweat Waist trainers:
They’re not doing anything. All you’re doing is sweating and gaining it back right after you drinks a cup of water. It’s a waste of money
Overall, I think it all depends on the person and of course I can’t tell you what is worth it to you. I do hope this helped tho!🫶🏽

Lastly, waist trainers might seem appealing for quick fixes, but they offer no lasting benefits and can even lead to excess water retention. In conclusion, evaluate your purchases thoughtfully. Consider whether each item aligns with your personal fitness journey, encouraging wiser spending habits that truly contribute to healthy living.
