I've always loved scrapbooking, and now I am obsessed with creating the perfect pages for my son to look back and enjoy. It doesn’t have to be an expensive hobby. Some glue, tape, cheap stickers, and construction paper, and you could thrift many extras for your pages. The fuller the page, the better, in my opinion. I love a good funky & tacky-looking page!! I've recently found this app called PicCollage, where you can create digital scrapbook pages! I’ve got the basic free options, but you can pay for the premium!
