Starting a blog!!!
Starting my blog is a deep personal journey fueled by my own experiences as a SAHM and my struggles with mental health. I know firsthand how isolating motherhood can feel, especially when you're at home all day trying to balance everything while also managing your own emotional well-being. I wanted to create a space where other moms can come and feel seen, heard, and supported.
My goal is to let them know they're not alone, even on the hardest days. This blog is my way of connecting with others who may be going through similar struggles and need a safe, judgment-free place to share.
For many moms, mental health is a topic that's hard to talk about openly. I've struggled with my own mental health, and I know how important it is to have an outlet. Writing and helping others has become one of my biggest coping strategies.
