How do you let go in a season of elevation?

Grieving the loss of things/people that are still present in seasons where we are going to new heights can be extremely challenging. Letting go can be hard however we have to trust the process. God tends to remove when he's moving you to a new level and season in your life. The pruning is painful but purposeful. Everyone can’t go with you to the next level. Everyone won’t cheer for you nor be happy for you and sometimes it’s the people closest to you. Remember God never removes without replacing. #makeroom #letschat #levelup #Lemon8Diary #growth

Often, we find it difficult to release attachments, even when they no longer serve our highest good. This process might involve grieving not only the loss of people but also familiar circumstances that come with change. Many find solace in spiritual guidance, understanding that each removal serves a purpose in making room for new opportunities. When considering this journey, one might reflect on how past experiences have shaped their current path. It can be empowering to recognize that pruning, although painful, is a key step toward personal development. Embracing the idea that “God never removes without replacing” can provide comfort. It reminds us that each end brings a new beginning. Fostering resilience and an open mindset during this transition is vital. Surrounding oneself with supportive communities or individuals who celebrate your growth can also be beneficial. Engaging in discussions about making space for personal development can help reinforce your commitment to letting go. Embrace this season and allow yourself to grow into the elevation that awaits you.

you can always do a meditation to help u let go. Also, say a prayer about it, maybe talk with a therapist about it
