is not a miracle worker, but it heats up the organs, in order to keep you healthy. I personally don’t juice it, but that is an option. Have your ginger tea warm or hot, no matter what the temperature of the weather is. I take it fresh, powdered, or dry bits, pretty much the whole day. I carry my ginger tea in a thermal bottle, sometimes I add cinnamon, and I also cook with it. I very highly recommend ginger for better health, as I have my own testimony.
