Ginger and evoo!
So I used ginger bits and extra virgin olive oil to create this really nice flavor. I did let it rest for 5 days. I really love the taste. You can drizzle it on your favorite steam vegetables, salmon, avocado,
or the baked yummy goodies you love the most.

Some people do take a spoon of olive oil from time to time to maintain good health, and I think this mix would enhance that even more. Let me know what you think of this combination.

Ginger and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) are two ingredients that not only elevate the flavor of your dishes but also offer numerous health benefits. Ginger is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and can aid digestion, making it a wonderful addition to your meals. By combining it with EVOO, rich in healthy monounsaturated fats, you create a powerful mix that supports heart health and lowers cholesterol levels. To prepare, you can start by finely chopping or grating fresh ginger and mixing it with high-quality extra virgin olive oil. Let this blend sit for a few days to allow the flavors to marry; this process enhances the oil's aroma and taste, making it a delightful drizzle over steamed vegetables or grilled fish. It's also a fantastic dressing base for salads. Health enthusiasts often recommend incorporating healthy fats like EVOO into your diet. Some people even take a spoonful of it daily for its nutritional benefits. By adding ginger to this practice, you're not only improving the taste but also boosting the health-promoting properties of olive oil. This ginger-oil combo can inspire your culinary creativity, giving a fresh twist to your favorite recipes. Whether sautéing, baking, or drizzling, the mix of ginger and EVOO is sure to impress family and friends while promoting a healthy lifestyle. Don't forget to suggest your favorite dishes to use this zesty blend!
