What’s the best product to use on dry skin?

... Read moreDry skin can be a persistent issue, often exacerbated by environmental factors such as cold weather, low humidity, and harsh skin care products. To combat this, it’s essential to choose products that not only moisturize but also help to lock in hydration. Look for creams containing hyaluronic acid, glycerin, and natural oils like coconut or jojoba oil which are known for their deep moisturizing properties. In addition, incorporating a gentle exfoliant can help remove dead skin cells, allowing for better product absorption. Consider a moisturizing body wash that cleanses without stripping your skin of natural oils, and always remember to apply a thick moisturizer right after bathing to seal in moisture. Regularly using a humidifier can also help maintain humidity levels in your home, preventing your skin from drying out. Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water and eating foods rich in Omega-3 fatty acids, such as fish and walnuts, which can further improve your skin’s hydration from the inside out.
