So, I get quite a few messages about what I eat? When? How?

First, what I do isn't right for everyone.

I do intermittent fasting most days. Working out at 5am. Run then weights.

Next I usually eat 2 meals a day & pre-prepare my food, and bring it with me in a cooler.

Below is an example of a meal:
