ถ้ามาพูดถึงตลาดปลาสึกิจิ โตเกียวแล้ว บอกเลยว่าการตื่นเช้าเป็นเรื่องที่คุ้มค่ามากจริง ๆ เพราะตลาดนี้ไม่ใช่เพียงแค่แหล่งซื้อขายปลาสด แต่ยังเป็นสวรรค์ของคนรักอาหารทะเลและของกินญี่ปุ่นที่แท้จริง ประสบการณ์ส่วนตัวที่ไปมา ผมชอบบรรยากาศคึกคักที่ได้เห็นทั้งคนท้องถิ่นและนักท่องเที่ยวหมุนเวียนกันอย่างต่อเนื่อง และร้านต่าง ๆ ก็มีของให้เลือกมากมาย เริ่มตั้งแต่ซูชิสด ๆ ที่เต็มไปด้วยความหวานของปลาดิบ มาจนถึงข้าวหน้าทูน่าที่อยากแนะนำให้ลองอีกด้วย ไม่เพียงแต่ของสดเท่านั้น ตลาดยังมีข้าวหน้าวากิวและอูนิที่หาซื้อได้ตามร้านอาหารดังในตลาด เช่น Tsukiji Sushikuni ที่รสชาติดีและคุณภาพเยี่ยม นอกจากนี้ ซีฟู้ดย่างอย่างหอย กุ้ง และปูก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีถ้าอยากให้อิ่มแบบเต็ม ๆ อีกอย่างที่ห้ามพลาดคือโมจิสตรอว์เบอร์รี่หวานที่ร้าน Soratsuki (そらつき) ซึ่งจะช่วยเพิ่มความสดชื่นหลังจากตะลุยกินอาหารทะเล นอกจากนี้ของทอดและขนมญี่ปุ่นเป็นอีกหนึ่งสีสันที่ทำให้เดินเที่ยวตลาดได้สนุกขึ้น โดยแนะนำให้ไปช่วงเวลาประมาณ 7-8 โมงเช้า เพราะยังไม่แออัด คนคิวไม่ยาวมาก ทำให้สามารถเลือกกินได้เต็มที่และไม่ต้องรอนาน ลงรถไฟที่สถานี Tsukiji Station แล้วเดินเข้าตลาดได้เลยสะดวกมาก พูดตามตรงว่าแม้ต้องเสียเวลาตื่นเช้านิดหน่อย แต่ผลลัพธ์ที่ได้ทั้งบรรยากาศและรสชาติอาหารที่สดใหม่ถือว่าคุ้มค่ามาก หากคุณเป็นคนที่ชื่นชอบอาหารทะเลสด ๆ และต้องการสัมผัสตลาดอาหารที่มีเสน่ห์ในโตเกียว ตลาดปลาสึกิจิก็เป็นตัวเลือกที่ไม่ควรพลาดจริง ๆ
