I used to start January off pushing my body so hard that I was burnt out and in pain by February.

Which meant I had no energy or motivation left when spring came - and that’s the season where my body should have been “waking up” from winter and craving movement.

When I finally learned to pace myself and do what feels RIGHT for my body, I was able to spend MORE days working out and less days recovering from injury.
