Not everyone should be a Leader

High performers don’t suddenly become great managers overnight - and many never will.

And it’s not all their fault; it’s a sudden change in desired skills and many people are better individual contributors.

What if we had two tracks to address this - leadership and individual contributors - and removed any connotations about one being better than the other?

Engineers do it - why can’t other industries?
