These ended up being so good, I gave them out at work.
I used:
Ghirardelli’s milk chocolate melting wafers; overall gave most of the sweetness.
Tahini; tastes like sesame, it neutralizes the sweetness of the pistachio spread.
Pistachio spread;definitely had a nutty flavor. Ended up not being very sweet.
Kataifi dough: toasted it and is my favorite part of the whole dessert. I absolutely love the texture
