Postpartum Supplements I’m Taking
I just had my third baby and if there is one thing I learned from going through the postpartum experience twice before it’s that supplements and vitamins are absolutely essential. I grew up thinking that vitamins were just one of those things that you took when you are sick, but over the years, I have learned that by keeping up with a good vitamin routine and finding high-quality supplements that actually heal your body from the inside out, you can change your life and exponentially heighten your quality of life just buy remembering to take a few vitamins every day.
After I had my second born son, and I struggled so badly.
I was tired and lethargic. I suffered from extreme insomnia, even though I was already exhausted from staying up most the night from breast-feeding my baby.
The last straw was when I lost my milk supply at 4 months postpartum, and it turns out after going to a holistic doctor that I trusted that I had hypothyroidism.
He was able to treat and cure it just from the supplements I started taking and by taking drenamine and organically bound minerals I was able to sleep again, have energy, and go about life as normal if not better then ever before.
This experience taught me the utter importance of keeping up a good supplement routine, and not waiting until symptoms become drastic before trying to heal your body.

Postpartum recovery can be significantly improved with the right supplements. Key vitamins like folic acid and magnesium play crucial roles in energy restoration and supporting sleep. For instance, Magnesium Breakthrough is renowned for enhancing sleep quality and combating fatigue. Additionally, beef liver pills offer essential nutrients that aid in energy production and overall health. Lactation teas such as 'Michelle is Well’ can also help maintain milk supply for breastfeeding mothers. Incorporating a balanced regimen of these supplements not only fosters physical well-being but also promotes mental health during the transitional fourth trimester. It's important not to wait for drastic symptoms before prioritizing your health; starting supplementation early can make a profound difference in your postpartum experience.
