OG 💌 Brand: Native
💵 Price:$8.97
Duper💌 Brand: Personal Care
Store: Dollar Tree
💵 Price:$1.25
I love me some Native because they are creative and bold enough to create scents that other brands won't do or, in some cases, they do certain scents better.
My favorite Native scent is Key Lime & Sugar and baby... Personal Care has the scent down to a T. I'm all about saving a coin when possible, and Personal Care gonna help to do that with some of these scents.
Their peach and pineapple are not bad at all and smell close to the OG. Last Christmas, they did a good dupe of Native's sugar cookie. Although their formula is thinner, the lather is great, and scent strength is slightly less, but is the difference worth spending an extra $7.00, nope.
Am I giving up on my Native??? No, I dont believe Personal Care will be able to keep up with them, but I'm swapping out some scents with them for sure.
Definitely give Personal Care a try, they are definitely worth it.
Besides, if you like it, you save $7.00🤑
Remember to ❤️ Save and 🚶♂️ 🚶♀️
Seriously, finding a dupe that actually works is like hitting the jackpot, especially when it saves you a significant amount on everyday essentials! After trying the Personal Care body washes from Dollar Tree, I'm genuinely impressed with how closely they mimic some of Native's beloved scents. It's not just a subtle nod; for the price, these are surprisingly good contenders. Let's talk about the fragrance experience, because that's where Native truly shines, and where Personal Care surprisingly keeps up. The Key Lime & Sugar scent in the Personal Care bottle? Spot on! It delivers that bright, zesty, and subtly sweet aroma that makes your shower feel like a tropical escape. Similarly, the Peach and Pineapple varieties are incredibly cheerful and authentic. While Native might offer a slightly more complex or 'premium' fragrance depth, the Personal Care versions capture the essence beautifully. What's amazing is that even though the original article mentions they're 'thinner' in formula and 'slightly less' in scent strength, for a body wash, the aroma lingers pleasantly enough on the skin post-shower without being overpowering. They provide a refreshing and invigorating sensory experience that certainly feels luxurious for just $1.25, and you get a generous 15 FL OZ (444 mL) bottle. They’re definitely appealing scents that anyone can enjoy, regardless of gender, making them a great everyday choice. Now, about affordability – this is where Dollar Tree's Personal Care brand truly becomes a game-changer. When you're used to shelling out nearly $9 for a bottle of Native, finding a comparable scent experience for $1.25 is a massive win. That's a solid $7.72 saving per bottle! Over time, these savings really add up, especially for something you use daily. While the ingredient lists (visible on the backs of the bottles, as I noticed) might differ slightly, the overall user experience for these particular scents is remarkably close. It makes you wonder if the premium price tag for some products is truly for a vastly superior product or partly for the brand name. For daily use, especially if you go through body wash quickly, opting for the Personal Care dupe allows you to enjoy delightful fragrances without feeling the pinch on your wallet. It's all about smart shopping and finding value where you can. My advice? Keep an eye out for these Personal Care body washes on your next Dollar Tree run. Stock can vary, but if you see the pineapple, peach, or key lime scents, grab them! They even have seasonal dupes, like the sugar cookie scent I mentioned during Christmas. It's a fantastic way to stretch your budget without giving up on those pleasant shower moments. You might even find yourself swapping out more of your usual brands for these surprisingly good, budget-friendly alternatives. Saving money and smelling great? Yes, please!
