Review Time: "This Queen Need a King"

2/4 Edited to

... Read moreTrying King of Arabia after experiencing the Queen of Arabia was an eye-opener. I personally appreciate fragrances that lean masculine but still offer a balanced blend of fruity and floral notes, and this one exceeded my expectations. The initial burst of juicy raspberry captured my attention immediately, creating an inviting and fresh aura. As the scent evolved, the iris and cedarwood brought a smooth, elegant middle that balanced the sweetness with woody undertones. What impressed me most was the longevity—this fragrance truly lasts between 10 to 12 hours, which is quite rare for a scent in this price range. Even after the sharp raspberry notes fade, there’s a gentle sweet presence combined with vanilla and patchouli, giving a sophisticated dry down that lasts until the end of the day. It feels like wearing a subtle yet noticeable statement that works well from day to night. The overall composition is unisex, but I’d recommend it mostly to those comfortable with masculine fragrances or those who enjoy strong fruity and woody blends. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a scent that breaks away from typical floral or light perfumes and want something with character and depth. The packaging reflects its royal theme, which feels fitting considering the luxurious feel of the aroma. Comparing it with other perfumes I own, King of Arabia has similarities to Atralia’s 1878 Prestige Oud but feels more intense and robust. It’s a great alternative if you want an affordable option without compromising quality. I also tried another Lattafa scent, Mughal Forte, which shares the vanilla and musk base but with distinctive cardamom and caramel touches, showing the brand’s versatile approach to rich Emirati-inspired fragrances. If you’re buying blind, I advise checking samples first because the scent does have a strong personality. But if you like bold fruit notes like raspberry combined with floral iris and a woody-leather base, this perfume is definitely worth a try. Its value on TikTok Shop at $25.60 makes it an excellent choice to experiment with luxury fragrances without breaking the bank. In summary, King of Arabia is a confident, long-lasting perfume that delivers an intriguing fruity-woody-floral experience suitable for those who appreciate niche, well-constructed scents with Arabian flair.
