We Want To Be Blessed! Do right not wrong!!💙🙏🏾

In my personal journey of faith, I have found that the key to feeling truly blessed is deeply connected to living according to God's instructions. The Bible offers clear guidance, especially in Deuteronomy 28, where there is a promise of blessings for obedience and consequences for turning away. This chapter vividly explains that blessings come when we do right and follow God’s commands. What often motivates me most is the reminder from Galatians 5:22-23 about the fruits of the Spirit—love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control. These qualities show us what doing right looks like in everyday life, beyond just obeying rules, but living with the spirit of Christ in our hearts. One struggle I have personally faced is overcoming the temptation to justify wrong choices because “it’s too hard to follow God.” The devil is cunning in planting doubts, such as the idea that being a good person is enough without fully accepting Jesus. But from my experience and study, I’ve realized that blessings flow abundantly only when we embrace salvation and act according to His will. Forgiveness is another crucial aspect that transforms our lives and releases us to receive blessings. Holding grudges or refusing to forgive others can block the flow of God’s grace. I’ve learned that forgiveness isn’t always easy, but it’s possible by leaning on Jesus’ strength, and it’s necessary to experience true peace and blessings. Living by God’s ways requires conscious daily choices. Sometimes it means prioritizing spiritual growth over worldly desires or resisting habits that don’t honor God. But the rewards—both in this life and beyond—are worth it. The blessings promised in the Bible are real and accessible when we choose to do right, not wrong. Overall, embracing a lifestyle rooted in God’s Word and cultivating the fruits of the Spirit has been a transformative journey for me—one that continually blesses my life and draws me closer to Him.
