This is why being stuck up is a form of spiritual protection a lot of yall ain’t supposed to be friendly because ya energy not normal some people can’t handle you even speaking to them and being cordial use your discernment and do what you can and what you should ‼️🚩💯 #protectyourenergy #spirituality #redflags

... Read moreIn my own experience, the idea that being "stuck up" can serve as a form of spiritual protection really resonates. When I started embracing this mindset, I realized that not everyone is equipped to handle my energy—or the energy of those around me who are spiritually attuned. It’s like having a personal filter that keeps toxic influences at bay. I remember occasions when I was friendly and open but ended up drained by people who didn't respect my boundaries. Over time, I learned that cordial interactions shouldn’t come with a hidden emotional or spiritual price. In fact, being discerning about whom you allow into your inner circle is a powerful way to guard your mental and spiritual health. This doesn’t mean growing cold or unkind; it means using your intuition and energy as a guide. If you feel that your normal energy isn’t well-received or misunderstood, it’s perfectly okay to limit your interactions. Trust me, your energy is valuable and not everyone can handle or appreciate it. One key red flag I pay attention to is when interactions start to feel forced or when people demand too much of my emotional availability. That’s a clear sign to reevaluate and protect my space. Protecting your energy is a spiritual act of self-love and preservation, and sometimes that means appearing "stuck up" to others who don’t understand your deeper needs. Ultimately, embracing this form of spiritual protection has helped me grow stronger and maintain a positive space for my own growth, peace, and well-being. So if you find yourself naturally reserved or cautious, it’s not a flaw—it’s a shield that helps you maintain your balance and clarity in a complex world.

Why I swapped!
Overall, I’ve enjoyed Notability better for school note taking! ✨Better Organization: I don’t have to flip through tons of pages to find what I’m looking for. With dividers and sections, I can easily find notes I need to review. ✨My handwriting looks better. This is probably my biggest reason!

Why being multilingual is a flex
I feel like for a big chunk of my life I did not exercise my multicultural and multilingual privileges. Ever since traveling outside of the U.S., I am realizing that life can be so expansive when you can communicate with millions more people in other languages. I’ve found that in Dakar, I’m very co
