This is the Muji Wirebound Notebook Dotted in A6 size! It has an elastic band at the side. It uses high quality recycled paper, so inks (except for alcohol or permanent marker inks) doesn’t bleed through, but some inks definitely ghosts a bit, and you can use fountain pen inks on this paper.
