This isn’t a glow-up.

This is a wake-up call.

At 20, I had gestational diabetes.

At 27, I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes.

At 38, I had a stroke.

Four months later, I was hospitalized with pancreatitis — and sent home on oxygen.

Just one month after that, I became pregnant with my son — a high-risk pregnancy because of my diabetes.

At 42, I survived a massive heart attack.

At 50, I was hospitalized again with pancreatitis — over my birthday.

Today, at 54 years old, I’m still walking this journey — but finally with understanding and hope.

For a long time, I believed this was just my future — genetics, age, or “just the way it is.”

It wasn’t.

These two photos are both me — just at very different stages.

One is me surviving.

The other is me finally supporting my body instead of fighting it.

Since starting this metabolic support protocol, here’s what’s changing:

✨ Weight loss — and inches gone

✨ No more joint pain

✨ No more foot neuropathy

✨ No more brain fog

✨ Skin tags disappearing

✨ Dark/brown patches clearing

✨ Menopause symptoms greatly diminished

✨ Sleeping through the night

✨ Energy I honestly forgot was possible

✨ A1c down from 9.2 to 7.1

This isn’t about dieting or quick fixes.

It’s about healing from the inside out.

If you were recently told you’re pre-diabetic, diabetic, or struggling with insulin resistance, please know this:

You’re not broken.

You didn’t fail.

And there are supportive ways to feel better.

As I step into 2026, at 54, I’m choosing healing, clarity, and strength — and I’m grateful every day I didn’t give up on my body.

💛 If this resonates, comment ❤️ or message me “START.”

I’m always happy to share what’s helping me.
