✨I wanted to learn how to make BBQ sauce as well as other condiments because when you start to look at the ingredients that are in store bought condiments you start to wonder what you’re actually putting in your body.

Store bought BBQ has High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) as its first ingredient and it is so inflammatory to the body, as well as sodium benzoate. It’s so much easier & healthier making things ourselves and who wouldn’t be happy knowing what they’re actually eating. Follow me along for more delicious recipes!
