2- tazas de leche evaporada
2- tazas de whipping cream
1/2- taza de leche condensada
8- yemas de huevo
1-cucharadita de vainilla
1- pizca de sal
Mezclamos la leche evaporada, la whipping cream, la vainilla y la sal y lo calentamos a fuego bajo, solo calentar.
Colocamos las llemas de huevo y la leche condensada a batir hasta que estén color amarillo pálido.
Luego unimos las dos mezclas y servimos en los recipientes y lo colocamos al horno por 1 hora a 300 grados.
Después de enfriarse espolvoreamos azúcar y quemamos el azúcar con la pistola de flamear y a disfrutar de esta delicia!!!
