Meal Ideas for the anti-inflammatory diet

The anti- inflammatory diet has been a life saver to not only heal my gut but improve my performance in running. I always viewed myself as a healthy person but I wasn’t finding a steady diet or had any restrictions. For some having no restrictions is better but for some no restrictions just means no discipline. Of course it’s ok to eat that ice cream with friends but healthy eating is a form of self love that no one should take for granted. I started this with one of my closest friends who runs with me; it’s been a great experience to do this with a friend and has provided so many benefits!
