Caribbean dish 🥘🥰

Jerk chicken is a famous Caribbean dish that I love..Jamaican culture has some of the best island spices that are very good and flavorful if you love ethnic dishes and a little spice to your food palette then this dish is great to have when your tired of the same boring foods..

1 2 pounds of chicken legs or thighs make the best

2.Buy Jerk seasonings from your local market

3. Clean chicken with lime and sea salt

4.take one bottle of jerk seasoning and coat all chicken pieces on front & back

5.add seasoning salt like garlic & Lawrys (sparingly)

6.add olive oil to the marinade and mix well with the jerk seasoning

7.Let chicken marinade for 4 hours covered by aluminum foil (I marinade out the fridge but you can store it in the fridge if you like!

8.after 4 hours either place chicken in a oven for 1 hour & thirty minutes or grill on the bbq grill and brown the chicken evenly on each side ..to your preference

9.make a side dish of white or yellow rice and red or black beans and veggies to serve with the chicken !
