Hi! I have been to therapy and highly recommended it. But also know, therapy won’t solve all your problems. Self regulating your emotions takes time, practice and getting to know thyself. You gotta do the homework, find ways to feel better without utter dependency on someone else. We have everything we need to be successful. Use therapy as a TOOL not a CRUTCH! 🩼
