BYD, CATL, EVE, etc. → Is there a Certificate Certificate for Real Use?

3️⃣ Warranty 10 years.

Real warranty or just "insurance"? Written confirmation documents are required.

4️⃣ Cycle Life

6,000 ad cycles → Have to ask how many C-rates, what temperature, what test results?

5️⃣ Smart Monitoring

Do you fully monitor SOC, SOH, temperature and alert systems?

6️⃣ BMS (Battery Management System)

Is there a real Overcharge, Over-discharge, Short Circuit, Over Temp protection?

Is there a real team of expert engineers? Their own repair center or just an agent?
