A small feature that destinizes the stability of the battery system.
🔍 If the system doesn't have Auto ID / Auto Host Assignment, what happens?
1.Must set up DIP Switch and Master / Slave manually
The installer must determine the working order of each battery (ID and Host) by hand.
Every time you change your position, increase / decrease your unit must be completely reset.
➡️ increases the risk of missetting, such as duplicate ID, skip sequence, which can cause the entire CAN / RS485 communication system to fail.
---
2. Single Point of Failure
When the Host is broken, the entire system stops because Slave cannot communicate or receive commands.
Must shut down and reset by hand - waste of time and risk downtime for hours
---
3.Risking SOC / Voltage Not Balance
Systems without Auto Host often cannot automatically re-balance SOC between units.
Some units fill up quickly, others run out first, resulting in reduced cycle life and less than 90-95% actual DoD.
---
4. System expansion is difficult
Adding a new battery requires shutting down all systems first to assign a new ID and sync SOC / Voltage value.
If there is Auto ID, it will only "plug in add," then the system will recognize and re-assign Auto Host (Plug & Play).

Issue No Auto ID / Host With Auto ID / Host
Default Settings It takes 20-40 minutes per unit. No settings required. Plug in and use.
Host failed. The system stopped immediately. Must reset. New. The system swapped the Host for itself. Not stopped.
Extend the system. Plug & Play system must be closed.
SOC risk does not balance high with Auto balance inside
Fits System Small (FIT 2 Units) Medium-Large System (> 4 Units or More)

✅ Summary of essentials
If the system has no more than 2 units and is not very uptime oriented, it may still exist without Auto ID.
But if it's a medium-large system or a Critical System (such as Solar Hybrid, UPS Backup, Smart Factory),
