I found a recipe to make these birria tacos with a bomb that i never heard of. EZ bombs birria & they have other flavors as well. But for this you seer the roast put it in the crock pot, put the bimb, add a whole thing of beef broth & cook on low for 6-8 hours. When thats finished we dip a corn tortilla in the juice & place it in the frying pan to make crispy with extra flavor. We put southwest style corn. & Add your favorite amount of cheese, hopefully enough for a nice pull or what are you even doing? 😉#lemon8challenge #lemon8badgehunt
If you're craving authentic birria tacos but want to simplify the cooking process, using EZ Bombs is a game changer. I recently tried this method myself and was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to get rich, deep flavors without hours of prep. What I love about this recipe is the slow cooker method—searing the roast first locks in juices and flavor, then cooking it low and slow with beef broth and EZ Bombs seasoning allows the meat to become incredibly tender and infused with spices. Dipping the corn tortillas in the flavorful cooking juice before frying is a key step to maximize taste and create that crispy, irresistible texture. I also recommend using plenty of cheese for that perfect pull effect — it really elevates the taco experience. Adding southwest style corn adds a nice sweet crunch that balances the savory meat and spices perfectly. For variations, you can experiment with different EZ Bombs flavors to suit your taste—some add smoky chipotle notes while others bring a milder heat. This recipe is perfect for meal prep and gatherings because you can make a large batch in the crock pot and assemble tacos quickly. One tip from my personal experience: don’t skip the searing step! It really helps deepen the flavor profile. Also, try to use fresh corn tortillas if possible; they soak up the broth better and crisp up nicely. This DIY birria taco recipe is great for anyone wanting restaurant-quality tacos at home with minimal hassle and maximum flavor.
