A phone filled with unwanted apps and clutter can become overwhelming, contributing to stress and anxiety. Start by cleaning out unpopular contacts and unwanted photos or videos that remind you of negativity. Next, take the time to unfollow accounts on social media that don’t inspire or motivate you. Surround yourself with uplifting content. As you declutter, don’t forget to consider aesthetics—changing your home screen and app widget layout can transform your device into a more inviting space. Additionally, addressing your emails and texts is crucial. Declutter these by deleting irrelevant messages and organizing your inbox. Implementing a system that works for you is key. You can also revisit your profile pictures and biographies on social platforms to ensure they represent your current self positively. Lastly, make it a habit to regularly check in on your digital space. Setting specific moments in your schedule for decluttering can keep your phone—and mind—clear, allowing for a smoother, more positive life experience. Embrace these steps and enjoy the benefits of a decluttered digital and mental space as you head into 2025!

Here for thissssss #HelloAugust Another Tip… I go into my photos and type the month and it brings up photos from that month and I have deleted soooooo many things. I have saved so many things on IG and FB I need to just clear that stuff because I will never go back and look at it.
