BOOKS 📚 That Caught My Eye At Meijer 🛍️
A Gilmore Girls children’s book?! 😍 I didn’t realize there was such a thing but I’m happy I found it.
I’d really like to read The Enchanted Greenhouse but I haven’t read the first yet. The cover is so dreamy. Has anyone read the first or both of them? I can’t decide if I should make them fall or spring reads and I am very much a seasonal reader.
I think Meijer has a decent book section although their prices seem a bit high. If I knew the higher cost was going to the author I’d feel less wary of it. I still enjoy browsing.

Okay, so beyond the specific titles I snagged, let's talk a bit more about the full Meijer book shopping experience! I always end up spending way longer than I plan in their book section. While I mentioned the prices can sometimes feel a little steep compared to online retailers or dedicated bookstores, I genuinely appreciate the convenience and the curated selection they often have. It’s not an overwhelming amount of books, which I actually prefer sometimes – it makes browsing feel less like a chore and more like a treasure hunt. One thing I've consistently noticed is their decent range of genres. From the fantastical realms of 'The Enchanted Greenhouse' and 'The Library at Hellebore' – which both have such intriguing covers, by the way – to thrillers like 'The Monster and the Last Blood Match,' there's usually something for everyone. And for those of us who love a good romance or contemporary read, titles like 'Love on the Brain' and 'Rose in Chains' always seem to pop up. It’s also where I found that sweet 'Gilmore Girls Goodnight, Stars Hollow' children's book that totally made my day! Now, let's really dig into something I know many of you are curious about: adult coloring books at Meijer! Yes, they absolutely have them, and often a really great selection. I was so excited to see 'Bookish: The Coloring Book' and the 'Cozycore Coloring Book' on my last trip. These aren't just for kids; they're perfect for unwinding after a long day, boosting creativity, or just having a mindful moment. I find their selection often includes popular themes and intricate designs, making it easy to pick up a new one when you're stocking up on groceries. It's a little self-care treat I often indulge in! And speaking of other finds, a common question I hear is 'Does Meijer sell laptops?' or 'Do they have popular games like Cards Against Humanity?' While my focus is usually on books, I can definitely confirm that Meijer is a true superstore. Their electronics section often carries a range of items, from smaller gadgets to, yes, sometimes even laptops or other computer accessories, especially around back-to-school or holiday seasons. You might not find the absolute latest models, but for everyday needs or good deals, it's worth checking. And for games, their toy and game aisle is usually pretty comprehensive. I've definitely seen popular party games and card games there before, so if you're looking for 'Cards Against Humanity' or similar, it's a good bet to swing by that section. It's one of those places where you go in for milk and come out with a new book, a coloring book, and maybe even a board game!

Okay, but Gilmore Girls children’s book? I didn’t even know that existed, now I kinda need it. 📚
