You absolutely have to try their mofongos rellenos; they offer a variety beyond just plantain, for example, and I was so impressed with how flavorful and well-prepared they were. Another personal standout for me was the Pechuga Rellena – a delightful twist on chicken, often stuffed with ham and cheese. They even have fantastic Filetes and other meats like Et Mignon (12 oz) for those wanting different cuts, all prepared with that signature flavor. For seafood lovers, they boast an impressive selection of Mariscos Seafood, including fresh Pulpo Octopus and succulent Camarones Shrimp. Don’t forget to explore their Carrucho Conch dishes and various Pastas too! So many delicious options to choose from that cater to every palate. And for sides? Don't miss out on the sweet Amarillos Sueet Plantoins, or perhaps the traditional Yuca Cossona. My personal favorite was the Trifongo Trifongo, a creative and delicious combination that truly showcases their culinary skill. What truly sets El Rincon del Sabor apart, besides their incredible food, is the welcoming vibe. It really lives up to having a buen ambiente familiar, making it perfect for a relaxed dinner with loved ones or a festive gathering.
