Home items I keep out in the open on PURPOSE 🏠

While hiding some of these might make my home less cluttered, it would take away the functionality of having them out in the open!

I’m all for making a space functional and work for you, rather than making it aesthetic and cute! They definitely can be both cute & functional, but I can’t always achieve that!

Some of the items I actually love how they look in my home and show a home that is lived in, rather than perfect!

You can make items look aesthetic in your home! But I choose functionality over looks because it makes my life so much easier! 🤗

What do you leave out in your home on purpose?? 🏠❤️

Many items, like extra towels in the bathroom and personal care products in the bedroom, can be left in plain sight to add convenience and personality. For instance, displaying your air fryer and cooking utensils not only makes them easily accessible but also spices up your kitchen decor. Similarly, keeping exercise equipment out encourages regular workouts by serving as a constant reminder to stay active. Moreover, embracing a lived-in look can reflect your personality and make guests feel at home. Whether it’s a chic storage basket holding your yoga mat or a decorative bowl with frequently used kitchen tools, these choices underscore the idea that your home should be functional and comfortable. Remember to curate these items according to what brings you joy and eases daily tasks, transforming your home into a space that is both practical and aesthetically pleasing.
