Salmon Salad for this Sunday
By far the best salmon that I have made because I struggle to make them good
put some oil in it, seasoned it up then seared both sides in a pan that had butter and garlic. Added a little water and then let it steam cook essential. So good and this one has its skin on.
Salad is some simple greens, cranberries, tomatoes and cheese
Cooking salmon perfectly can be challenging, but with the right technique, you can create a mouthwatering dish. Start by selecting fresh salmon fillets, preferably with skin, which adds flavor and texture. To season, use a blend of olive oil, salt, pepper, and herbs like dill or parsley for enhanced taste. For cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat, adding butter and garlic for a fragrant base. Sear the salmon skin-side down first to achieve a crispy exterior, then flip and cook until just opaque in the center. Steaming the salmon with a splash of water helps retain moisture, resulting in a tender and juicy fish. As for the salad, use a mix of baby greens such as arugula and spinach, topped with sweet-tart dried cranberries, juicy cherry tomatoes, and crumbles of your favorite cheese, like feta or goat cheese. This combination not only adds a nutritional boost but also layers of flavor and texture. This salmon salad recipe not only makes for a delightful Sunday meal but is also a perfect option for meal prep throughout the week. Serve it fresh, or enjoy it cold the next day! Whether you're gathering with family or hosting friends, this dish is sure to impress with its balance of heartiness and freshness.

I love the salad, I add cucumbers to mind 😋
