When you become still and quiet your mind, you create space to hear your higher self's guidance. I’ve found that practicing mindfulness and meditation regularly helps to quiet emotional noise and diminish the influence of past wounds. This inner calm makes it easier to distinguish between toxic identities—those labels and beliefs shaped by past pain—and your true, authentic self. Another useful practice is journaling, which allows you to explore and identify the stories you’ve been telling yourself. Often, we carry limiting beliefs acquired over time that keep us from fully embracing who we truly are. Writing these down and challenging their validity can begin the process of dissolving them. It’s also important to foster patience and self-compassion. Identity alignment isn’t an overnight change but a gradual unfolding of your best self. Remember that within you lies a compassionate, wise guide ready to steer your life in alignment with your highest purpose. I encourage you to embrace the idea that your best self is already within you, complete and whole. By reconnecting with that inner voice and releasing emotional wounds that create toxic identities, you reclaim your power and live authentically. This transformation leads to a life of peace, purpose, and genuine joy—what I call Best Self Living.
