Pina Colada Yogurt Clusters 🫶🏾
As someone with a serious sweet tooth who needs something sweet after every meal, I had to find a better way. On my 30lb weight loss journey, I’ve learned to curb cravings by finding healthier alternatives that still ssatisfy.
Last summer I was obsessed with making these Pina Colada Yogurt Clusters.
Recipe:
- Diced Pineapple
- 2 Tbsp of Agave (or honey as your sweetener)
- 1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Shredded coconut
- 1 tsp of vanilla bean extract
Place in freezer for 2 hours. Then warm up 1 tsp of coconut oil and 1/3 cup of dark chocolate chip in the microwave until it melts.
Dip yogurt clusters into melted chocolate and place in freezer for another 2 hours and ENJOY.
