Affordable Hair Studio for Cut + Color + Treatment
I only knew about this hair studio [@gav_haircut] when I saw one of the ads on IG and he specialises in non-bleach colors for dyeing hair. As I really wanted to dye my hair for a long time already (because of how my hair became tri-coloured), I decided to try this hair studio! Also the price is $98, which is already cheaper considering I paid $150-$200 to dye my hair last time at other salons.
At the hair studio, he first assessed my hair condition and we talked through what color I would like my hair to be. Later on, he started to dye my hair, and as my hair has 3 different colours, he dyed my hair in 3 different stages as well, to make sure my hair color is consistent, and not just dye a dark color over my hair — which he explains will be harder for me to dye my hair in future.
He was very nice and we were just chatting the whole time. Throughout, he made sure he let me know what step he was doing, mixing the hair pigments, preparing my treatment etc. The 1-to-1 consultation made the experience much better as I can tell he was meticulous and even dyed my hair one more time to make sure the color is what I wanted!
