I stopped drawing for a while, it became more of a chore than a fun past time.

Coming back with a different mindset and allowing myself to draw the things that I enjoy and doing it when I feel like drawing has definitely brought some life back into my art.

I enjoy posting so that I can share my creations and connect with likeminded people and I should not let a gap in my art discourage me from sharing.

I feel like sharing my thoughts with you guys might make some of you feel like you’re not alone. 😊

I know we all talk about “art block” and it definitely affects everyone so differently, but I just want to remind you that it’s okay to step away sometimes. Maybe just to get back to your art a little bit more refreshed, or maybe at least with a slightly different mindset.

Here’s a drawing I really enjoyed making. 😊 I hope some of you can find some inspiration from it.
